Penfon has two modules, the control terminal is carried by the owner, and the tracker is worn by the pet. The mobile phone APP can locate the pet's position in real time and monitor the pet's history information (track, number of steps, distance, and duration of exercise). Perfon uses the original LoPowan wireless transmission technology, free to travel without the need of a SIM card and mobile phone network signals, with no monthly fee.

The device uses the characteristics of nearby Wi-Fi hotspots and other wireless access points to discover the location of your pet’s device. This feature enables you to locate your pet faster and more accurately and works well in WiFi-intensive areas such as crowded urban environments.

About PETFON there are some notes for you 1. There is no more fees for the first order. 2. The working principle of Petfon is tracker uses a GPS signal to transform the location from the controller to the Petfon APP, so please do remember to take the controller together with your phone. And if you really wanna put the controller at home, then please order our mesh for the remote control.  3.About the tracking distance, most customers care about the reason theirs tracking distance was not as long as described, well, this is normal, the GPS signal depends on the environment, and it will be only 20 meters if you track in a short distance, our tracker connects to the controller using the Bluetooth, and the location maybe not accurate because the tracker will take the location of your cellphone service location, you will find that the location was in another street far from you. It will transmit to the Lora connection if the tracking distance is over 30 or 50 meters, this tracking distance can be longer up to miles away.  4. About the not working issue, some people may feel it does not work or no connection if the GPS signal was cut down by Interference factors or shelter, please calm down and refresh the location or move to another place to check the App, you will find the signal come back.
